A: Most spa manufacturers utilize independent service people who work on any brand of spa. We do this as well. Spas N Stuff may already have a Local Authorized Service Center in your area. If not, we will contract with one for you, so that you will receive quick service from a Local Qualified Service Technician, who will use our factory original parts (should you ever require a warranty service call).
