Thanks Mike for the excellent customer service. We use our sauna almost daily. I didn't expect the sauna to be so well constructed and so easy to put together. I am telling all my friends and family about spas n stuff. I'll be sending some more pictures later.

FIR Sauna received, assembled, and seems to be working well. My wife does winter swimming in our unheated pool, so this is to warm her up before and afterwards.
I have attached a picture of the sauna. We are enjoying it.

Well, finally got a couple pictures of our gazebo. We are really enjoying it, now we can use our hot tub all year round no matter what the weather!

Received my Walk-On Replacement Hot Tub Safety Cover for my hot tub yesterday. Exactly as ordered and fit my hot tub perfectly. A very sturdy cover that shouldn't break down when my two 80 lb. Labs decide to use it as an observation deck to get a peek over the fence. Thanks for the excellent service. Hope we can do business in the future.

Here are some photos of the sauna and the room I built.
Joe in Parma, OH (near Cleveland) purchased one of our 3 Person Infrared Saunas. He placed it at the end of a room and constructed walls and a ceiling to match the sauna. The result is very attractive, and you would hardly know it was a kit sauna. Beautiful job!
