We can be flexible to meet your needs. Some customers have sent Certified or Bank Checks, split the purchase between check and credit card, made two payments about 2 weeks apart, and other unique requests. Please call us at 1-866-595-6333 or email us if you have a particular request.

| Question: You have a large credit line, but your card gets declined... |

Answer: The most common reason for this, is that you do not have a history of large purchases on your card, so your credit card company may not immediately authorize the charge. This is for your security. Please call the customer service number on your card and explain to them the purchase you are making. They can set the charge to go through the next time you try it. You may even want to call them before you purchase.
