Free Factory-to-Home Delivery - 48 States and most of Canada
(Island and International destinations, contact us for a quote). A minimum of two moving men will remove your New Spa from the truck and place it on the ground. A delivery appointment will be made. Someone must be on hand to sign for and inspect the Spa.

How We Ship Hot Tubs (photos below) - Your spa is handled with great care by Specialized Transportation Inc. (North American Van Lines). We ship to every zip code within the 48 states using an 18 wheel semi-tractor trailer equipped with a lift-gate (there may be extra an charge if an 18 wheel semi-tractor trailer cannot access your location, or if a ferry is required to  reach your destination). You will also be able to track your shipment online.
Need Backyard Delivery? - Available in most areas of the 48 states and Canada, for an additional fee starting at approximately $250 to $300. This fee would be paid directly to the delivery moving company. Basic backyard delivery includes the following parameters:
- Must be arranged with the moving company when they call to schedule the delivery appointment. (Note: if you require backyard delivery, please call us so we can confirm availability in your area). 1-866-595-6333
- Actual Placement of the spa must be within approximately 300 feet of delivery vehicle.
- There must be a clear, relatively level path so that a minimum of 3 moving people can place spa in a safe manner.
- Base price covers up to 3 steps up or down (example up onto a deck).
- Any obstacles (fences, rocks or lawn décor) may result in a higher charge as it may require additional equipment or manpower.

Removal/Disposal of Old Hot Tub - Available in most areas of the 48 states, if you are utilizing the backyard delivery option. Fee to be determined with the delivery agent when arranging backyard delivery. This fee would be paid directly to the moving company.
Getting Ready For Your New Spas...A Few Things To Consider.
- You need a strong level surface to securely rest your spa. With people and water, your spa could weigh 4 to 5 thousand pounds. You may want to check any local zoning requirements. To quickly create a pad for your new hot tub, see our portable Spa Pad?
- We recommend you use a licensed electrician to install a 40 or 50 amp 240 volt GFCI breaker and connect the four-wire power line to the hot tub control box.
- Free Spirit models on a pallet are 85" long X 37" wide X 90" high and about 695 lbs. BellaGrande models on a pallet are 94" x 37" x 98" high and about 795 lbs. Avalon models on a pallet are 80" long x 31" wide x 72" high and about 525 lbs.

Do-It-Yourself Ideas: Relocating a spa isn't too difficult and can usually be done with a couple of people and a padded furniture dolly. (These can usually be rented for a minimal cost from any moving company). Try plywood sheets on the ground if you have to roll over your lawn.
Using a Project Contractor?: They will probably handle moving the hot tub from curbside to your final location.

Shipping - How We Package Your New Spa to Ship Direct To You! |
| Your new spa is made only when you order it. It isn't sitting around in old inventory. Your spa will go directly from the factory to your home. |
- Step One: your new spa will be wrapped with clear plastic and then a layer of foam. The end with the electronics is also wrapped with cardboard.

- Step Two: your spa will be raised onto the heavy end, which makes it very stable for shipping.

- Step Three: shrink wrap spas and strap it to the pallet, which provides excellent protection to ensure your new spa arrives in the same condition as when it left the factory.
