FIVE YEAR - Surface Warranty
Repair or Replacement - Manufacturer warrants the acrylic surface of the Free-Spirit, Avalon and BellaGrande Series spas to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the delivery date of the spa. Additionally, the acrylic surface material is warranted not to blister, crack, de-laminate or leak for a period of five years.
THREE YEAR - Equipment Warranty
Parts and Labor - Manufacturer warrants the Electronic Control, Pumps and Heater of the Free-Spirit, Avalon and BellaGrande Series spas to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the delivery date of the spa.
THREE YEAR - Plumbing Warranty
Parts and Labor - Manufacturer warrants the Plumbing and Related Fittings of the Free-Spirit, Avalon and BellaGrande Series spas to be free from leaks caused by defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the delivery date of the spa.
THREE YEAR - Cabinet Warranty
Parts and Labor - Manufacturer warrants the Exterior Cabinet of the Free-Spirit, Avalon and BellaGrande Series spas to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the delivery date of the spa.
ONE YEAR - Media Components Warranty
Parts and Labor - Manufacturer warrants the stereo and television components of the BellaGrande Series spas to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date of the spa.
ONE YEAR - Component Warranty
Parts - Manufacturer warrants all factory installed components and systems including LED Light, Ozonator, Skimmer, Jet Internals, Air Controls and Head Cushions to be free from defects for a period of one year from the installation date.
All manufacturers original documentation will be included with your new hot tub.
When comparing to other warranties, watch for "fine print tricks." Examples: you have to pay the first $XX.XX of a service call, serviceperson mileage charges, shipping cost on parts, you pay to ship a spa to/from the factory should that be necessary, coverage actually only being "X" % of the repair cost as the years pass.
This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser only, and is non-transferable. The warranty will begin on the date the spa is delivered and will be terminated upon any transfer of ownership.
Manufacturer does not warrant replacement filter cartridges. In the event that it is necessary to remove the spa from the residential premises to repair or replace warranted items, any and all costs of spa removal and replacement including but not limited to damages to landscaping, decking, fencing, structural alterations or any costs related to obtaining access to the spa are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Although our spas are designed and constructed to far exceed their warranty, it is a primary goal of our company to ensure that you receive prompt quality service calls during your warranty period and beyond.
