The tenant wants medical bills reimbursed.<br /><br />Who is at fault? The hot tub service company for not sanitizing the tub? The landlord for not hiring a reputable company? The tenant for using the hot tub like a bath tub and failing to shower before use?<br /><br />I generally recommend landlords of single family units with portable hot tubs remove the tub or consult an attorney who specializes in risk management before making it an amenity.calsparepairhttp://calsparepair.comnoreply@blogger.com
